I was a bit anxious hiring a new housekeeping service after my housekeeper relocated. I took a chance on Magic Spell Cleaners based on Google reviews (especially recent reviews). I could not have been happier and I am OCD when it comes to cleaning. The bathroom and kitchen sparkled, the tub and sink whiter than ever. They even wiped the baseboards when cleaning the floors. In addition, they are very nice people. I will be using them regularly moving forward.

I was seriously impressed by the level of detail- they were even using their fingers to check for dust at the end of the day before wrapping up! It’s clear they take pride in their work. I only leave reviews when a business goes above and beyond, which is exactly what happened for me with Magic Spell Cleaners. I needed a rental cleaned that had been abandoned for months and poorly kept for years before that, think coliving with rodents. It was a big job and maybe I miscommunicated my expectations. Here’s what happened next: When I expressed dissatisfaction, the owner immediately took full responsibility and embraced the perspective of “How can I make this right for you.” The owner then came to my property HIMSELF and completed the detail work that I felt had been missed. This could have so easily gone the other way with both of us feeling angry and disappointed. Instead, I leave this Google review highly recommending the wonderful owners of an up and coming new business.

These guys were so fast to reply with a next day appointment and cost! The first clean came with a deep discount. I was able to do all the communication by text, which is my preference. I usually have a hard time finding the time to deep clean my apartment as I have a busy work and social schedule, but MSC was perfect because I had to do very little to get my place cleaned. They were able to work around my calendar and were fairly priced given the area. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable cleaning service.
